It´s easy and safe to shop from Sverige Online. You can pay your products with the creditcards Visa or MasterCard. All purchases are handled by Payer secure payment service. Transfer of your credit card information is encrypted using SSL - Secure Socket Layer, a 128 byte encryption system. Both "MasterCard SecureCode" and "Verified by VISA" are also known as "3D Secure systems", the latest technology in secureIinternet payments.
Fast shipments worldwide
We will normally handle (picking, packing, shipping and customs labels) your order within 1-3 work days. We then ship your order with freighters like swedish Posten or DHL. Time of delivery is normally around 5-6 workdays to European countries and 5-10 workdays outside Europe. Please note that sometimes Customs can sometimes take longer, something that we unfortunately can not affect.
Tracking of your shipment
All packages (min. 2kg) get a tracking-ID. This is sent to you when the package leave SverigeOnline. With this tracking-ID, you can follow your package through http://www.posten.se/ or http://www.pakkesporing.no/. Smaller packages (under 2kg) are sent as "letters" and then they do not receive any tracking-ID.

Currently we accept four different currencies, Swedish Crowns (SEK), US Dollars (USD), Euro (EUR) and Brittish Punds (GBP). The Prices in the shop are displayed in selected currency. You can change currency, this is done at the bottom right in the shop.
All prices in our shop are displayed including VAT, when you proceed to check out, the price will be shown including VAT, if you buy from a country within the EU and without VAT if you order from outside the EU.
A shipping cost is added to every order, and this is shown when you proceed to "Checkout". Shipping costs are based on three basic factors: the weight, the volume and the country of destination.
Because of this, we can ony display the shipping cost when we have this information, and thats why shipping costs are displayed in the "Check out" process.
Regarding volume, sometimes a package get a larger shipping cost than would have been expected, this is normally due to the volume of the package. Shipping companies use a conversion factor, were they transform volume into an artificial weight in Kg. They then compare the actual weight of the package to the "artificial weight" and use the one that is the heaviest.
SverigeOnline do not have the information about all the different rules for custom regulations in all countries around the world.
